Savage Stone Age

Savage Stone Age Dwellers!Last term Year 3 went back two and half million years ago and learnt all about the Savage Stone Age through to the Iron Age. During this topic Year 3 found out about their lifestyle and how parts of this era is still standing now: Skara Brae in Orkney Island, Scotland and Stonehenge in Wiltshire.

We were very excited to share our learning with the rest of the school and our parents last week with a themed assembly. Through hard work, determination and enthusiasm for their learning Year 3 produced a super Savage Stone Age assembly, where they took everyone back to this fascinating era in style of a Bourne Abbey quiz show. They did an amazing job and made everyone so proud. Fantastic work Year 3, keep it up!
