    Nick Williams came to see the children at Bourne Abbey and we learnt all about the Living World. Nick is a wildlife photographer who showed us the places he has travelled to and we saw lots of different animals.

    Bourne Abbey and Bourne Elsea Park C of E primary Academies recently joined the Friends of Nyansakia charity to host a fashion show at Bourne Elsea Park.

    Twenty children from year four at Bourne Abbey C of E Primary Academy attended a tag rugby festival at Bourne Rugby club on Tuesday 3rd October.

    Congratulations to the forty children from Bourne Abbey who recently took part in the South East Lincolnshire Cross Country Championships. 

  • Democracy Day 2017!

    Democracy Day 2017 at Bourne Abbey was on Thursday 21st September, where we learned more about the British Value of Democracy by taking part in our annual vote to select our representatives who will make up the members of the Student Council. Children from year one through to year 6 took part in elections to select their chosen councillors after a short period of campaigning, following a fair and democratic process.

  • New Library Grand Opening

    On Thursday 14th September, the children and staff of Bourne Abbey Primary Academy came together to celebrate the opening of their brand new library. To highlight the significance of the event, they were lucky enough to be joined by the Mayor of Bourne and his lovely wife Judy, members of the Len Pick Trust and the famous ecologist, ornithologist and TV presenter, Mike Dilger. 

  • Headteacher's Attendance Tea Party

    At the end of the the Summer term, Mrs Moore organised a spectacular tea party for all of the children who had attended school every day during the 2016-17 academic year, and what an event it was!
